We had a great stay, and the owner was friendly and everything worked out well. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view. Check-in was a bit tricky because the owner isn’t on site.

The rooms were nice, but we had no hot water, and the kitchen was short on basics: a salad bowl, can opener, sieve, tea towel, dishcloth for the table, and a broom. Also, please don’t mop with perfumed floor cleaner! I have allergies and spent two hours with a runny nose and sneezing until we could air out the room. The floor was still wet after the girl had mopped just before we moved in.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nicely set up, and the location was good. We shifted the beds a bit to make space for our suitcases, and found a lot of dust under them, plus a dead cockroach and gum stuck to the floor. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned there in a long time 😳

The location was good, and I felt right at home. It was a comfortable, private stay and a great experience.
