Quiet, but close to everything, and the location in Zona Rosa couldn't be better. The room was clean and nicely equipped, and the included breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The service was excellent. Best stay I've had in all of El Salvador, especially after so many hotels without hot water. A hot shower felt like a luxury.

If you want somewhere quiet with fewer people than at the big motels or hotels, this place is a good fit. The service feels one-on-one, almost like staying in a cabin and taking care of things yourself. The front desk and office staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast is available. There's nice outdoor seating, and the rooms are adequate, though they could be improved. They have what you need if you're a couple or have one or two kids. This was my first time here, arriving on December 25, 2025.

San Benito has plenty of places to go out, since Via Porto doesn't really have a bar or social area. I spent four nights here while visiting San Salvador, and it made a great base. The beds and pillows were so comfortable I wish I could take them along. Breakfast was good, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to help, including one person who helped get my broken bag to a tailor. My only suggestion is to put bottled water in the room so guests don't have to ask each day.

The place was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with fresh options. What really made the stay was how friendly and attentive the employees were, always ready to help with whatever we needed. We felt welcome from beginning to end. I'll definitely come back, and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely short stay, and Nelly and Lisandro gave us amazing service. They were attentive to all our needs, and the breakfast was delicious. We recommend this place 100%.
