A great spot if you're into aviation. The platform gives you an excellent place to photograph aircraft on the runway.

The apartment has all the self-catering things you need, and a very well-stocked supermarket is only a short walk away. The host was really friendly and helpful. It's right next to the runway, so plane fans will absolutely love it. There's a lovely balcony with great views of arriving and departing aircraft, and the planes all stop by 9 pm, so loud noise won't bother you all night. This is my No1 choice for stays in SXM, though it sells out very quickly. Highly recommended for a trip to St Martin.

Eric made us feel right at home, and his tips were great. The apartments are spotless and nicely done in a Caribbean style. We’ve been visiting the island for more than 20 years and really like this unusual spot. It’s an easy walk to the beach bars nearby, including the terraces at Sunset, Driftwood, and Tartuga. We didn’t hear any airplane noise. We’d happily return.
