Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane

I came away feeling refreshed and already hoping to return. Dining was a pleasure throughout, and the amenities suited what I needed. The hotel brought together modern comfort, natural beauty, and genuine Swazi hospitality in a memorable Eswatini stay. From arrival, the welcome was warm and the staff were attentive and friendly. Our rooms felt like a comfortable retreat, with plenty of space and spotless cleaning.

We came as a family and booked two rooms. The hotel is in excellent shape, and our rooms were clean and well cared for. Dinner at the restaurant was great, while breakfast was okay. The staff’s attitude put me off. They weren’t warm and made us feel unwelcome, and there was a whole drama at breakfast when it came to paying for the children. The place seemed so focused on money, which was a real turn-off.

Dinner was a highlight, with lovely presentation and great flavour, and breakfast the next morning was just as impressive. I also appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym, which made it easy to keep up my routine while travelling. At the Mbabane Hilton, I found the rooms modern, bright, and spotless, with everything needed for a comfortable night. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. It’s a well-run hotel with a warm, homely feel, and one of the best places to stay in Mbabane.

Queeneth was the heart of this stay for my friends and me. She suggested places to visit, arranged a taxi, and treated us with so much kindness and grace, always with a big smile. She was sweet, professional, and helpful, and you could see how much she cares about every visitor. She deserves a promotion. I’d give the place 10 stars because of her. I’ll definitely return. Thank you, Queeneth, and Hilton for a wonderful stay.
