We could walk for miles along the stunning beach without seeing anyone, something I’ve never experienced on another beach holiday. I also had a wonderful massage at the spa. On the water, Hemant took us snorkeling, and the hotel runs daily trips nearby. Other guests enjoyed kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, though I didn’t try either. The food was delicious, with loads of variety despite there being just one restaurant. We had Japanese one night and freshly baked pizza for lunch another day, and the breakfast choices were great. They kept changing the offerings so meals stayed interesting. The cocktails and coffee drinks were good too. Levi was our favorite waiter. Pine Cay is only a 15 minute boat ride from Provo, but stepping off the boat felt like entering another world. With just 15 rooms, it was very private and peaceful. Jay welcomed us, showed us our gorgeous room, and explained the property and what to expect. He was available around the clock on WhatsApp and checked on us throughout the trip. The rest of the staff were wonderful too. General managers Sandrine and Christian often checked in to make sure everything was what we hoped for. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I’m already dreaming about going back. There are so many places I still want to see, but I know I want to return to Pine Cay.

Exploring the island by golf cart was a lot of fun, and we often had the beach and island excursions to ourselves. It’s wonderfully peaceful, just right if you want to unwind. Dining was outstanding, with new menus each day. Deborah and Levi were lovely servers, and Raphael and Rudy were our favorite bartenders. Raphael even came up with a custom drink that we named “The Raphael.” Our snorkeling trip with Kenny was another highlight. The service was fantastic from the start. Christine and Sandrine were gracious hosts who made us feel at home right away. Jay greeted us warmly, and by the end of the trip the whole staff felt like friends. Our brand new room was beautifully designed and had everything we needed, including the most comfortable bed and clear, unobstructed ocean views. Having a private pool on the deck was great on hot afternoons. This was hands down the best vacation we’ve ever taken. Pine Cay may be a splurge, but I’d recommend it without hesitation. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Loved the shopping, the people, and Grand turks. Porta Rica was awesome, and St. Thomas was lovely for sunning by the pool. We even swam in the Turks on Thanksgiving! Special thanks to Pope and your lovely wife for all your help. I never thought I’d see such gorgeous places. Thank you so much!

The quiet elegance and attentive, friendly service made our few days here for our anniversary feel perfect. The personal touches were thoughtful, and the scenery was stunning. It was an amazing boutique hotel stay on a private island, and we’ll definitely be back.

The scenery is picturesque, and honestly the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely secluded, with plenty of nature, beaches, mangroves, and lagoons. If peace and quiet are what you want, the island is a haven, and aquatic equipment is free to use. But getting to and from the island was difficult, the food was just OK, and the stay didn’t feel as luxurious as I’d expect for the price. There wasn’t enough communication with guests about events or things to do. Most of the other guests seemed to be older, retired couples. When we left, we felt like unwanted guests being thrown out. After spending $15K for five nights, we expected better. Another couple leaving on the same boat was extremely disappointed too.
