The staff were polite, responsive, and clearly happy in their jobs. From check-in through our final goodbye, everything was handled to a first-class standard, and the room was well presented and a good size. The air conditioning was set just right, so we felt its benefit as soon as we walked in. My wife, daughter, and I stayed for a week at the end of May this year, and I can't recommend the hotel highly enough. If you're after an over-commercialized, crowded, and overpriced place, this probably isn't for you. But for excellent facilities, food, staff, and a warm welcome, this is the place to book. We'll definitely be back!

It's an affordable place to stay right near Grace Bay Beach in Provo. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies or patios facing the pool, and breakfast is filling without costing much. It comes with eggs, your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, toast, a small bowl of fruit, coffee, and orange juice. They have their own beach section with chairs and umbrellas. The walk to the beach is easy and takes no more than five minutes. We'll stay here again when we return to Provo!

Jen and Jean Luc are wonderful, and the pool is delightful for kids. It's a very pleasant place, especially if you sleep easily and like plump pillows. The mattress gave me a mild back ache every morning, though. A better bed would've earned this place four stars.

The hotel is cozy and really close to the beach, and the staff were the nicest people on the whole island. We rented a bicycle and explored lots of nearby spots. For me, this is the best place to be in Turks and Caicos. Don't miss it!

A good place to stay, and the island is small enough that you can see all its corners. It's usually quiet at this hotel, though a very good restaurant next door can sometimes get noisy. You can either complain and stay in your room, or join the party! The pool is a great place for a midday break.
