Club Med Turkoise

The food was a new experience every day, with great variety, quality, presentation, and a dedicated team. The whole stay was spectacular, and the rooms were comfortable and consistently clean. So many people deserve a thank you for the memories and kindness: Agusto in tennis, Iara at reception, everyone at Sharkies, the water sports gang, Beatrice, Yorran, Felix, Royce, Denzel, and the scuba/snorkle team. There are too many names to list, but every person on this fabulous team deserves recognition.

The beach is huge, so it never felt too crowded, and the water was the bluest and most beautiful I’ve seen. The rooms were fine, despite what some people say. Why stay inside when it’s so beautiful outside? There’s something to do all day, from yoga and snorkeling to sailing and trapeze. Raquel is the sweetest bartender, and Tommy was great too. The DJ made nights a blast, and the shows and performances were really good. Rafael, the lifeguard, was awesome and very chill. He saved our lives, was kind about it, and didn’t make us feel bad. 10/10, I’ll definitely come back. This might really have been the best vacation I’ve ever had.

The condition of the rooms was shocking for a resort at this price. They were old and poorly maintained, with visible mold on the shower tiles and walls and a constant musty bathroom smell. There was no ventilation fan. The shower barely worked, leaked onto the floor, and felt unsanitary. On arrival we found a long black hair on the bed that looked like pubic hair, which was disturbing and made us question the cleanliness. We expected full or queen beds but got two small twins instead. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and refilling them took more than 24 hours and several requests. When they finally came, the dispenser pumps didn’t work. The room was dirty too, with handprints on furniture, grime on chairs, and dirt and residue on the water bottles. Food was another serious concern. Several people in our group had stomach issues. We saw a roach crawl into the coffee machine area, and flies were regularly around the food stations. It seemed the same food was reused across different meals, which raised hygiene concerns. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Even though we traveled as a large organized group, our room assignments were mishandled, and efforts to fix problems got little urgency or kindness. There were safety and upkeep issues around the property as well. Broken planks on the dock were marked only with caution tape, and many beach areas were poorly maintained. Beach chairs had no umbrellas for shade, several wooden huts were damaged and taped off, and some chairs were moldy or rusty. That’s not what we expected from a premium all-inclusive resort. We rarely write negative reviews, but this stay at Club Med Turks & Caicos fell far below what we expected. It felt neglected and poorly managed, nowhere near the advertised quality. Between the cleanliness, food, and service problems, it was one of our most disappointing resort stays. We wouldn’t return or recommend Club Med Turks & Caicos in its current condition.

The White Party was one of the best themed nights we’ve experienced at a resort, with great energy, music, and atmosphere. Nicolas, the Chief of Village, even sat with us and took time to connect with guests, which made the evening extra special. We came to Club Med Turkoise in Turks & Caicos for our 22nd anniversary, and the hospitality was first class from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with lots of gourmet choices every day. The pizza was especially good, and Carlos at the pizzeria made it even better with his kindness and attitude. We also loved the beach sports. Anabelle made them fun and welcoming, and Sophia and Adrian at the bar were always friendly and made every visit enjoyable. It was our first Club Med stay, and it won’t be our last. Thanks to the whole team for making our anniversary trip so memorable.
