Hôtel du Golfe

I have high standards for hotels. For me, a hotel should look like a showroom and the service should be up to par. To give you an idea, I'd rate Motel One 9/10 and Hotel Du Golfe 7.2/10. Hotel Du Golfe's food is great, and I felt safe there, even though I'm someone who bought a door lock for my room and didn't use it. The service is excellent, and the staff are the main reason I'd go back. It should suit people with high cleaning standards. If you like ginger, try the ginger mocktail!

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel du Golfe, right in the heart of Togo. The large rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was perfect. I especially enjoyed eating there, particularly on the rooftop. Markets surround the hotel, and the beach is just across the street. There's also a small convenience shop opposite, handy for any essentials you forgot to pack.

The location is handy, right by the craft market and only a few meters from the beach. Rooms are large and very clean, the internet is good, and the restaurant has a nice view. But the usual room rate feels too high. It’s the same as Hotel 2 février’s corporate rate, which doesn’t make sense.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The Lebanese food is delicious, the staff are kind, and there’s a great view. You can sit outside for fresh air or inside with air conditioning, so there are options for different preferences. Staff follow sanitary and safety measures, though guests need to do their part too and follow the protocols. I loved it!
