The outdoor spaces are the highlight for me: beautiful gardens, a huge pool, and direct beach access give the place a peaceful, almost timeless feel. I especially like having a drink by the pool. It's one of the oldest hotels in Lomé, and you can feel that history in the slightly old-fashioned rooms, which are part of its charm. There are several restaurants serving good food, with European and African options as well as snacks. Breakfast is pretty basic, though, with little variety. A classic Lomé stay with lots of character and lovely seaside grounds.

We spent 12 nights here and loved it. The pool is huge, with plenty of shady places to sit, and we had a lot of fun riding horses twice. The staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted wonderful.

Sarakawa Hotel is a good option for a visit to Lomé, Togo. The building is beautiful and well maintained, and the breakfast is good. I found the bed comfortable, though a little firm. Restaurant meals were somewhat expensive, and service could be slow at times.

We chose Sarakawa because we thought we'd have access to the beach, but the hotel doesn't have beach access. Apart from that disappointment, everything was good.

The beach and pool were lovely, but the beds were incredibly hard. Service was patchy, too. Our twin beds weren't set up when we arrived, and staff took 45 minutes to separate them.
