The pool and shared areas were a lovely way to unwind after a busy day, and my room was clean and comfortable. I felt well looked after throughout my stay at ONOMO Hotel Lomé, where the warm, colorful, relaxed African atmosphere still comes with a very professional feel. The staff were fantastic. A special thanks to Attiogbe at the front desk, always calm, kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Whenever I walked by and saw him, it felt like ONOMO was welcoming me back. The other reception staff were friendly and helpful too. I stayed from 24-29 November, and this is now my first choice whenever I return to Togo. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. If you're visiting Lomé, I can honestly recommend ONOMO Hotel for its comfort, character, and human warmth.

The location is excellent for getting to either the port or the airport, which makes this a convenient choice for a short stay or business trip if you care more about access and cleanliness than luxury. The facilities are very basic, but the hotel is not bad overall. The price doesn't match the quality, though. I paid 110 USD per night for a room with no minibar or small refrigerator and no wardrobe.

Cute hotel, and the staff are really, really friendly and good. But the gym needs attention: some machines are old and broken, and it's not well equipped. I also found a few roaches in my room, which was disappointing since I didn't see this when I visited 2 years ago.

The African-inspired look of the reception, restaurants, and pool is beautiful, and makes the place nice for a meal or a short visit. But for an overnight stay, the setting doesn't make up for the cost or the lack of comfort. Standard rooms are in poor condition for the price, and breakfast isn't included. You also have to pay to use the gym, even as a guest, and every service seems to come with a charge. Room 240 had a sunken, uncomfortable bed, and there was no warm water in the bathroom. I don't feel the hotel puts its staying guests first or understands hospitality. I wouldn't book here again if I return to Togo. I'd tell others to look elsewhere and not spend their money here.
