The one thing going for it was the location across from the beach. For what we paid, there was no shuttle to the markets, no conditioner or body lotion, and only two waters. The WiFi kept dropping, so I had to enter the password again and again. They didn’t clean our room, then told us there were no cleaners after 5 p.m. Breakfast was poor too, with hardly anything on offer for a five-star place.

The pool was nice, with lots of sun loungers, and the location was perfect. It’s a one-minute walk to a lovely beach view and sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. My only complaint is that the room could use a little touch-up.

The buffet breakfast was lovely, and the beach is beautiful, with a great sunset and nice scenery. The hotel is right beside aonang beach, so the location really stood out. I’d strongly recommend staying here if you’re in aonang.

The staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was really good, but I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel. Every room I tried smelled moldy, across three different rooms, and my girlfriend even got a sore throat from breathing the bad air. The last room also had a completely moldy sink. The WiFi worked poorly, and the pool was dirty. There’s a high-voltage line above it that makes strange electrical sounds. The photos don’t match the place. I hope they improve it, because these rooms can’t stay like this.

The location is good, right in the middle of the market, with the beach across the road. Hotel facilities and service are good too. The restaurant is open to the public, and music can play at a moderate volume until midnight. They take a 1,000 BHT deposit to make sure guests don’t steal from the room or smoke, which is okay. Some senior reception staff sounded rude, though, and that didn’t feel right. I know lots of people stay there, but guests shouldn’t all be treated the same if some have done something wrong. The night guard was the best at customer service, smiling at people as they passed and giving random salutes. I was really happy to see him.
