The shrimp pineapple fried rice at the restaurant was a standout, and the rest of the food was excellent too. Our room was spotless, comfortable, private, and thoughtfully laid out, while the resort itself was beautifully kept and peaceful. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Check-in took about 20 minutes while the staff member entered our details. I understand that may be necessary for international travelers, though it did take a while. The amenities were top-notch, and our stay felt relaxing and refreshing. I’d happily recommend the resort and return.

We were there for Songkran, and the hotel had fun activities and a special dinner that we really enjoyed. The clean pools and easy walk to the night market were other highlights. Nearby places made some noise late at night, but it didn’t bother us much. I’d been concerned after reading recent reviews, but we had no problems. The modern hotel was well maintained, the reception team arranged connecting rooms for us, and everyone we met was friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we had a good time at the pool and kids club. Breakfast had a decent spread, though the room felt warm even early in the morning and staff were sweating as they kept up with cleaning. The staff were generally friendly, and the hotel is useful for a family looking to relax by the pool and use the kids club or paid activities. Getting settled was frustrating. We booked six deluxe pool access rooms together, but only two were ready at 3 pm, two more came before 4, and the final pair weren’t available until just before 5. Those last rooms were in another wing, four rooms away. We had arrived after a morning of travel with toddlers, children, and older relatives, so being unable to change and rest together was difficult. We were told the delay was due to a shortage of housekeeping staff. Food at the restaurant by reception also took about 40 minutes after we ordered at 2:20, by which time it was around the scheduled check-in time. The beachfront location sounds appealing, but this corner of the shore was very dirty, with rubbish and black foam. The beach was a disappointment; we had to walk toward the Ao Nang landmark night market to find a somewhat cleaner stretch. There isn’t much within 500 meters either, just a few restaurants and small cafes, a massage place I found overrated, and not much else. The room and service had other problems. The bathtub had sand in it, and the supposedly new floor mat had bird droppings. Requests for towels or room cleaning took longer than we hoped. Some things felt worn, including a stiff flush, a rusty handheld bath shower that was hard to switch, sink stains, and a broken number 1 button on the phone in room 1107. The fridge and minibar were packed with chargeable items, leaving no space for our 7-11 purchases unless we moved them. We’d contacted the hotel several times about a complimentary birthday cake for family celebrations, but were told it would cost extra. For a five-star hotel and six rooms, that felt disappointing. Arranging an airport transfer for more than 10 people was also a problem. When we asked the hotel for help by email, they left us without a solution and sent contacts for us to arrange it ourselves. The pool, kids club, food, and friendly staff were good, but they didn’t make up for the delays and cleanliness issues. It wasn’t a bad place, but there’s a lot to improve. For the price we paid, we probably won’t return and will spend our money elsewhere.

The night market was only a five-minute walk away, and boats for tours and Railay Beach leave right outside the hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choice. We had a direct pool access room with our three-year-old and one-year-old, which worked perfectly for us. The kids loved the slides, and we all had a fantastic family stay.
