A great atmosphere and friendly staff, with a lovely spot to catch the sunset after training. Strong recommendation for Muaythai students at any level. Right in the center of Ao Nang.

The gym looks impressive, but my training didn’t match what I’d expected from its social media. Coaching seemed less of a focus than making content. There wasn’t much sparring, and most of it was with beginners. During pad work there was little to no correction, and sessions were shorter, with just two rounds on pads. At 600 baht, it costs more than nearby gyms that offer better value. It’s fine for a casual workout, but I wouldn’t choose it if your goal is to improve.

Group training was fun and inspiring. We also had a great PT session with kru Tor and Snook. A really good experience, highly recommended!

That view is something else. Since the gym is on the third floor, I’d go to the 4pm class and catch the sunset after training. My first Muay Thai session in Thailand was at Khun Suek Muay Thai in Ao Nang, and it was a great introduction to the basics. The trainers were super friendly and excellent, the service was top-notch, and it was fun meeting other travelers in the group. Huge thanks to the team, you guys rock!

The trainers were kind and supportive, and over the month I trained here the sessions were well planned and varied from week to week. I booked the one-month package with 12 private sessions for around 23,125 THB. One thing that disappointed me was the equipment policy. The description said hand wraps, gloves and other gear were included, but after moving from beginner to intermediate class at the two-week mark, I learned shin guards cost an extra 100 THB per session to borrow. With training potentially twice a day, that adds up fast. I’d prefer shin guards to be included too. I ended up buying my own gloves, and recommend Fairtex, but didn’t want to buy shin guards. A lot of travelers don’t have room in their luggage for extra gear.
