The location is the main plus, with plenty of vendors and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, but be aware that there’s no elevator in this four floor hotel, which could make large luggage difficult. Out of 8-9 hotels I booked, this was the only one that wouldn’t allow cancellations for a refund. My husband’s and my itinerary changed completely, so we had to make several adjustments, and I hadn’t realized this hotel didn’t permit them. Check the cancellation terms carefully, or book somewhere that allows cancellations in case your plans change. I was told in response that I had received a discount, though nobody had mentioned that to me. Anyway, thank you.

We stayed here for 3 months and have nothing bad to say. The rooms are modern, large, clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal, near restaurants and shops. Reception staff were always welcoming and saying hello, while housekeeping kept the room tidy and left several bottles of water, which we appreciated. They also offer airport transfers and trips. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The staff’s response to our requests was the worst part. We asked before booking for a lower floor because of physical limitations, but they didn’t mention there was no lift or that lower rooms weren’t available on our dates, even though other hotels we stayed in had them. We raised it again on arrival and were given a room on the 4th floor anyway. When we explained, they smiled and said, “you will have a wonderful sea view,” which felt disrespectful given that someone in our party couldn’t manage four floors. They also made fun of us instead of trying to help with other problems. The safety box in one of our two rooms didn’t work, probably because its battery needed changing, but they just told us to put our valuables in the other room’s box without trying to fix it. The hotel is near the beach, though boats are there and you have to walk farther to find a spot where you can relax on the sand. Apart from the location, our experience was terrible. The rooms felt a bit old, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the rooms were “cleaned” at 2/3pm, which was very late. I’d only suggest staying here for 1/2 nights at most, and only if you don’t mind stairs. Otherwise, look for another option.

Everything is easy to reach on foot from this hotel, and it’s a great deal for the location and service. The rooms are simple, with no frills, but they’re clean and neat.
