We loved the pool, especially that wide-open view of the cliffs meeting the sea. Our room was clean and roomy, breakfast was good, and the whole stay felt comfortable. The resort was the prettiest place we stayed during our two-and-a-half-week trip. It sits up on a hill, but the shuttle carries you and your bags between the pier and the hotel, so that wasn't an issue. If you're in Railay, I'd happily spend 1-3 nights at Phutawan Resort. 🧡

The pool was the highlight for us. You can sit in the water and watch the sun go down over Railay Beach, and our room had a sunset view too. As a vegetarian, I was glad to find so many tasty breakfast choices here, which made mornings easy. The staff were warm and very polite, and the food, views, and stay all came together into a lovely, memorable visit. Highly recommended.

The staff made our stay. We arrived feeling unwell, and they kindly let us check in early and did what they could to make things easy. Our room was quiet and had a balcony. We'd stay here again and recommend it.

The pool has a fantastic view, and we spent a relaxing time there watching monkeys near the mountains. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet. Restaurants and bars are under a ten-minute walk away, or you can take the tuk-tuk that drops you right beside them. Myo drove us up and down several times and was always so kind and polite. The rest of the staff were attentive too. Breakfast was very good, with plenty on the buffet and an egg station that even had Eggs Benedict, a nice surprise. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The pool overlooking Railay is lovely, and there's a tuk-tuk service to get around. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot on the hills, with convenient access and amenities that made for a comfortable stay. You get the feeling something special is ahead as soon as you arrive. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
