The Sea Condo 51&49

We spent two weeks here and were happy with the place. We wanted somewhere quiet but still within easy reach of town, including the shops, restaurants, and beach. We rented a scooter, though I could also walk to the shops or the beach when I felt like it. The apartment was on the seventh floor, with a balcony over lush greenery and the sea a little farther away. The bed was very comfortable, and the cooking facilities were okay. The pool is on the small side but fine for a refreshing dip. When we reported a small problem, they responded very quickly. Highly recommended.

Black mold everywhere. Black worms and flies were crawling out of the sink, and the whole building smelled moldy. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great value and lots of parking, with Ao Nang Beach’s strip very close by. I’ve now stayed twice for a month each time. Evenings are cooler on the street-facing side of the building, and the higher floors still have a great view.

Apartment The Sea Condo was a peaceful place to relax in Ao Nang, Krabi, away from the bustle of the city. I found the quiet atmosphere and well-kept pool especially nice after the tropical heat. There was plenty of parking, too, which made things easier for anyone with a vehicle. The room was very clean and had a fully working kitchen. Housekeeping helped keep the stay easy, and having laundromats and drinking water dispensers on site was useful. The 24-hour security also gave me peace of mind. I had a really enjoyable stay here, with a good mix of comfort, convenience, and calm. It’s a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant time in Krabi. Hope this helps 🙏
