We stayed three nights, but housekeeping never came to clean, and the pool toys weren’t replaced. After an accident, I asked them to change the toys and they charged me extra. Surely those should be changed daily? I left feeling I hadn’t got my money’s worth. It’s expensive, far from the city center, and you need to rent a car to get anywhere. 🤬

We had a great time with friends at this beautiful villa, tucked away in the jungle with lovely mountain views from the shared area. The pool was spacious and a comfortable depth, and there was a grill too. Cleaning was done every day, with fresh water and clean towels left for us. If you go to the elephant sanctuary around 5 p.m., you may see the elephants swimming in the river.

I barely slept because water leaked all night, there was a broken wire, and the bathroom was noisy. The room was dusty and dirty, and the karaoke room had problems that I reported, but nobody came to look. It didn’t feel worth almost 10,000 baht. The listing showed a wicker swing that wasn’t there, and even the inflatable pool toy was in poor shape. I’m really disappointed. They need to take better care of customers.

The view is nice, but the place needs maintenance and didn’t match the pictures. The bedroom was very dusty and the toilet smelled, so it didn’t feel worth the price. The inflatable pool toys and BBQ grill weren’t as shown. When I asked, they said they were broken, despite telling me they were available when I paid the deposit. The microphone didn’t work either. I called about it and was told a housekeeper would come, but I waited until midnight and no one checked it. 👎🏻
