We first booked two nights, then added another because we liked it so much. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and we rented a bike from the property, which was much better than taking a taxi. The rooms are well equipped and perfectly maintained, with a super comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and handy kettle, coffee, and tea. Whenever I'm back in Ayutthaya, this will be my go-to place. Highly recommended!

After just the first night, we extended our booking for another night. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a little private balcony. The woman running the place was super friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us. There's a 7-11 two minutes away, with some food stalls next to it in the evening. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

We spent most of our time on the nice balcony, lol, and really enjoyed the cozy, clean room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean, too. There were convenient extras like a kettle, coffee, and tea. The owner was really nice and helpful, and renting a bike here worked much better for us than taking a taxi. Highly recommended!

They have light snacks, tea, coffee, and bottled drinking water ready for guests. You can use the cutlery and dishes, then leave them in the basket provided. The staff were kind and took good care of us without interrupting. My only suggestion 🙂 is that the upstairs living room should have a curtain, to give the guest in room 3 more privacy. I like this place and will definitely come back. Thank you.
