We stop here for a night whenever we're heading to Koh Chang. The rooms are very clean, even the pet-friendly ones don't smell, and the staff and maids do a great job keeping the whole place tidy. It's next to the shopping mall, welcomes pets, and is very affordable for this kind of room. Hope the brand keeps growing across Thailand.

The front desk staff really don't seem to understand hospitality, which is a shame because the place has a lot going for it. It's quiet, new and modern, with parking, and the room quality for the price is excellent. For sleep quality versus cost, it's number one in the area, right by a shopping mall. Highly recommended if convenience matters. Their website lists 850 baht, while the girl at the desk asked for 900, so booking online is cheaper. Also, they refuse Thai baht notes issued by the Bank of Thailand (!?!), so make sure you have a credit card.

The pet setup was a real highlight: they had a dog bed, bowls, and even treats, which I haven't seen at a hotel before. They clearly care about guests' pets as well as the people. My stay at Go Hotel Bang Chang was great, with a very clean, modern room, a comfortable bed, and friendly, welcoming staff. There were plenty of TV channels, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality and service. I'd happily recommend it for a comfortable, pet-friendly stay in Bang Chang.

The room's professional design opens up the space, and the mini mart inside is well stocked. It's a very nice, clean, well-managed hotel, with no pool or restaurant, but the mall is just steps away and has lots of food and coffee choices. A great base for exploring Rayong province, only a few minutes' drive from downtown or the beach. Bravo 👌.
