Sasi Nonthaburi Hotel

Management was very rude. They kept my deposit and tried to charge me for the night after I checked out early because the room was unclean, and they took no responsibility or apologized for how disgusting it was. There were ants, mosquitoes, and other flying bugs everywhere, plus two huge spiderwebs, each with about 50 bugs. The sheets were stained and torn, the towels were stained, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the walls needed repainting. The bathroom was below average, and the location was terrible.

The Cafe out front had pretty good food. That was the only good part. The room felt scary and nothing like the review photos. The design was bad, the bathroom dirty, and it felt haunted and unsafe. It was expensive for what I got, the service was only moderate, there were just 1-2 plugs for charging, and outside noise came right through the walls. This hotel ruined my vacation. So disappointing, 2.5/10. 😡

I only stayed one night and checked out around 6 AM. The location and service were good, and I liked the cafe, but the room wasn't okay. I was in room no. D18, and it smelled dusty as soon as I walked in. Turning on the aircon made the dusty smell worse, and it was noisy too. The bed wasn't clean, but I tried to sleep anyway. 🥹

We enjoyed the clean pool and outdoor facilities, and the hotel's grounds were beautiful. The rooms weren't fancy, but they were clean and comfortable enough. There were no toiletries or other complimentary items in the room. Getting there was a little difficult because of all the road construction. Drilling and other construction noise from one side of the building went on almost all night. The location itself isn't bad.
