Hilton Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa

I was only there for one night, so I didn’t get to use much of the facilities beyond room service. The food arrived on time, was carefully prepared, and tasted delicious. The neighborhood felt safe and lovely, especially for a family stay. The day before I arrived, I contacted the hotel and got the free shuttle details. I knew to go to Level 2, Gate 7, and found the minivan waiting after I collected my suitcases. The ride took about 20 minutes, and I was glad to reach the hotel. In the morning I left at 6 am after waking at 5, then realized at the airport that I’d forgotten my towel. After a few texts and conversations, PaoPao from reception personally brought it to me before my flight. I was touched by the extra effort and hospitality. Hilton acquired the resort as of January 1, 2026. I kept my reservation because I expected things to be fine. I’d recommend the place, especially for families, with its safe setting and lots of amenities.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, just right for a layover, and the calm atmosphere feels grounding. I’ve been coming since the Starwood SPG days, through the Marriott Bonvoy merger and now with Hilton, previously Le Merdian. The hotel’s heart still feels the same. What I notice most is that familiar staff have stayed on, from the airport shuttle uncle and concierge to the front desk team. They’re warm and professional, and I’ve received the same level of service whatever my Marriott or Hilton tier status. Marriott now operates a Courtyard Marriott nearby, but this is the hotel I trust and keep returning to for its people and genuine Thai hospitality. It really feels like a second home. I look forward to continuing conversations with the staff on my next visit.

The breakfast spread is wonderful, and there are several peaceful spots to relax in nature and take in the view. It’s a great place for big groups or a family vacation. Getting there isn’t the easiest for a 5-star hotel, but the property itself is amazing, with excellent service and facilities.

I was here for a couple of days with a large group for a meeting or conference. The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the staff were helpful and the service was good. Golfers played on the course until midnight, but with the door shut I couldn’t hear them in the room. Breakfast was the one letdown. The fruit choices were limited and repeated every day, and the juice wasn’t very good. Apart from that, there were plenty of food options and no complaints.
