King One Suvarnabhumi

The room was clean, and the building looked well kept. Staff were friendly, and I liked having billiards and workout equipment in the second-floor activity room. It’s handy for a quick stay near Suvarnabhumi. Sleep was rough, though. The bed felt painfully stiff, the pillows were flat and worn out, and the shower only gave cold water because the heater seemed very old. That might be fine in Bangkok during the day, but not first thing in the morning. The air con was loud enough to feel like sleeping beside heavy traffic, and there were big spider webs above the bed. One night was manageable for some people, but I’d look elsewhere next time. A few basic upgrades would help a lot.

For 800 baht a night, this was a terrible deal. The room was filthy, with dirt all over the floor, and the walls were grimy, damaged, and covered in spider webs. The mattress had hair and crumbs on it, while the pillows had stains from some white liquid. It was disgusting. There wasn't any soap, shower gel, or shampoo either. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They tried to make me pay another 200 BAHT on top of my deposit for “dust on the bed,” which could just be hoovered up. There were ants in my room and bugs on the bed, too. When I said I was going to an ATM to get the money, she told me not to leave. They tried to trap me there. The place is cheap for a reason. Don't stay here.

Dear OYO 117 King Apartment Team, the room had spiders all over, even in the bathroom and toilet, and there were unpleasant smells. It wasn't clean enough, and the service didn't respond when needed. Basic things like slippers were missing. I hope you deal with these issues. Further..
