The hotel’s water pump wasn’t working, so there was no water in the room, and the hot water didn’t work either. Why didn’t the staff tell guests? They were rude and impolite.

The food arrived hot and tasted delicious. In the standard room the air conditioning was very cold, and the staff gave excellent service. Highly recommended.

The pool room was great and the water was clean. The accommodation itself was very clean too, and the staff gave excellent service. Highly recommend!
