We nearly passed this place over because of the average reviews, but stopped by to see a room first. The staff were accommodating, and the room turned out better than I expected. It's a little gem, with spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great AC. The pool area is lovely and the water was impeccably clean. You can walk to shops and restaurants easily, even though the hotel is a bit off the main track, like everything else around here. Breakfast isn't included, which doesn't bother me much. There's a little kitchen space and a good fridge, so you can get fruit from the market and make your own. I think the place is underrated. Anyone giving it less than five stars must be a very fussy traveler.

We had to pay a deposit on arrival and never got it back because the front desk was closed when we left for the airport. Clearer instructions would have helped. The online location also led us nowhere near the property, costing extra money to reach it. Our room key didn't work, and the replacement didn't either, so we couldn't all leave the room at once. The beds were quite hard.

The garden and inner area look beautiful lit up at night, and there's plenty of space. The location worked perfectly for my plans, and it's well suited to a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a nice gym, sauna, and pool for both adults and children. Guests have what they need to relax, including toiletries, coffee, and tea, and the TV was good. There's no breakfast, but several restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.

Lovely Manager and friendly staff, all ready to help. It's a great base for going out while staying near the city. They have a golf cart for getting to the local food market, Lotus, and 7/11, or you can take a taxi if you're heading farther out. We'll be back. 🙏
