The beach was almost empty apart from locals, even though it’s over 20 km long, and the village itself is wonderfully sleepy. Our hosts were so generous, and breakfast was the best. Such a magical little place. Highly recommend.

We hired push bikes on the first day and a motorbike the next, and they picked us up from the train station and drove us back when we left. Rolf and Anne made everything easy, even giving us fresh fruit when we arrived and some to take on the train. Their place sits among coconut trees with lots of birds and other wildlife. Thanks to you both for making the stay memorable.

I really liked staying here. The room was clean, with nature all around, and the owner was friendly and looked after guests well. They also pick people up from the train station. I'll make time to stay again.
