SEAnery Beach Resort

It’s a relaxing, pleasant resort, and the pool is very nice. Our rooms were spotless, though a bit dated, and our bungalow looked over the roof in front rather than out to sea. The online pictures made it seem a bit more stylish than it was. Breakfast was fine, but the choices were limited. The staff were friendly, and when we raised our concern about the room, they tried to move us. Since we were a little late to change rooms, the owner gave us breakfast for free and invited us to the New Year’s party, which we really appreciated. Pick your room carefully and don’t expect too much from breakfast. You’ll want a car, since there isn’t much nearby that you can reach without one. With a car, the surrounding beaches are well worth visiting, they’re beautiful.

We loved having our own pool, and the shared one was lovely too. The rooms were a good size, but smelled damp and had very dated furniture, so they didn’t feel like a four-star place. There were very few staff. Breakfast was poor, and the restaurant shut after breakfast until 5 pm.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. I really liked the private pool, and there’s a public one as well. There wasn’t much to do nearby even with a car, and every beach we went to was covered in trash.

The photos on the website didn’t match what we found. During our stay the pool was so dirty we couldn’t see the bottom, which really spoiled things. The children had been looking forward to swimming and playing there.
