The only real conveniences were nearby 7-11, Big C, and Lotus supermarkets, plus walking distance to GOT, 24 Blvd, and Baccarat. Otherwise, I’m not sure this is a hotel, it felt more like a motel. The room was big, but there was no card reader lock, and my request for a king-size bed turned into two singles. The shower door made a rustling sound, and the water swung between too hot and too cold, so I had to keep adjusting it. I asked for it to be serviced once, with no improvement. The sink was very low. The bed was quite firm and hard to sleep on, there was a mirror right beside it, and they gave only one pillow per bed. No tissues in the room, either. Reception staff came across as arrogant and unfriendly.

The WiFi kept cutting out and was really unstable. Also, after using a towel, it got dirty, which is what towels are for, but the hotel charged me 200 bhat for it. That’s absolutely crazy. My stay was far from good.

The hotel room didn’t have any tissues, and the staff need retraining on how to serve customers. They came across as unprofessional and untrained. One staff member even let my luggage fall off the luggage cart and damage it.

I like the hotel, but I’m giving it one star because the internet is simply unacceptable in 2025. The WiFi is painfully slow and keeps disconnecting, so forget about working remotely here. Even if you’re not working, be ready to use your own data. I get blazing fast speeds at countryside hotels, but in Bangkok I can’t even stay connected.
