Clean, decent hotel, though a little far from central. Bus 140 runs nearby, and there’s a shop close by. A very large shopping center with 20 restaurants is a 30-minute walk away, and 7-Eleven is just 60 meters from the hotel.

Good value if you need to stay in this area. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Housekeeping supplies a toothbrush set, shampoo, and body wash. There’s a self-service washer and dryer in the garage, so laundry is cheap. There’s a morning market across the street, another market next to the hotel, and a convenience store nearby.

We needed a clean, inexpensive place to wait for a document to arrive from the United States, which we’d forgotten before going home. I didn’t want to pay $150 a night at the Ramada Wyndham Plaza on the Riverside, so we stayed here for about $27 a night instead. It was clean and spacious, with groceries and laundry close enough. I’d come back for the price.

Customer service was very bad. They charged us even for water, and the fridge and shower gel were cheap. The hotel itself is average. Agoda showed a price of 600, but when we got to the hotel we were supposed to pay 900 bbt.
