The staff were helpful, except for the woman. It wasn’t that bad, but the air conditioner was really noisy.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Really awesome hotel, and I’ll definitely come back.

Wi-Fi was very fast, and the hotel is relatively new. It’s about a five-minute walk from the station, or around six minutes from the elevator at Exit 4 of Wongwian Yi Station. A convenience store is three minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly, but I didn’t feel much hospitality. The small windows in most rooms and the painted walls made them feel closed in. Room cleaning and upkeep were poor. Two of the three rooms were full of vermin, and the other smelled of cigarettes. Under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the only one where I’ve seen cockroaches. There were also moths, ants, and flies. They need to spray all the rooms to deal with insects and odors, and train the housekeepers. There’s no smart TV, gym, pool, sauna, onsen, or room service. On the first floor there are four washing machines and two dryers, but they don’t sell detergent.

The hotel is alright apart from the cleanliness. There were bugs all over the bathroom. I asked to change rooms, but the new one was barely better, with a lot of hair on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend it.
