Abloom Exclusive Serviced Apartments

My room was spacious and had steady Wi-Fi, and security was attentive, helping with Grab pickups. The pool area was a nice place to wait for laundry, and the on-site café served excellent coffee and pastries. I felt comfortable and welcome thanks to the staff. There’s a shortcut to the main road, where you’ll find 7/11 and the MRT. After 5N I moved closer to Chinatown for more dining choices, but I enjoyed Abloom’s calm, corporate atmosphere.

I liked how large the Premier Suite was, with the living room separate from the bedroom. I stayed on the 7th and 8th Fl, and both rooms had loud air-conditioners. The 8th-floor unit’s air-con smelled bad, so I opened the window and mosquitoes got in. It made for a terrible night. I should’ve changed rooms, but thought the smell would pass. It lasted from 5.30pm until I went to bed at 1 am.

It’s my first trip abroad, and having a shower that kept switching between hot and cold was a really bad experience. I asked them to fix it, but even on my last day I still had to shower in cold water. They couldn’t provide a basic hot shower. I’m really unhappy and won’t come back. 😵😵😵😵

The hotel is close to the BTS by a shortcut, though there didn’t seem to be much right around it. Staff were nice and checked both vehicle exits when we ordered Grab. I was lucky to get a room in the newer building. They provided drinking water, plus a hair dryer, umbrella and safe, but there weren’t many other free room amenities, as you’d expect from a service apartment. The kitchenette, fridge and sofa area were nice, and the smart TV had lots of channels. The main bed was big and comfortable; the extra bed wasn’t very comfortable. There’s a nice pool and gym, a small restaurant and a modest breakfast buffet area. Hot water wasn’t very consistent.
