The rates aren't the cheapest, but I found the comfort and services worth the price. Our room was spacious and very clean, and it was handy having a kitchen and a separate bathroom in each family room. They cleaned our room every day, though I'd prefer a “Make Up Room” sign so guests can request cleaning when they want it. I appreciated the effort, but daily cleaning isn't always needed. There was free self-service laundry, coffee in the lobby, gym access, and rides to nearby areas. Customer service was great.

The only thing that didn't work was the TV cable in my room. I had been worried about traffic noise, but the room was actually very quiet. It was spacious, with a kitchenette, a safe, and a full-size fridge. For me, this was the best value deal I've found in Thailand. Free washing machines and dryers in the basement were another bonus. ❤️

This is a roomy, well-equipped budget suite or apartment-style hotel, and everything was super clean and tidy. The finish isn't luxe, but it suits the price well, AUD 95 a night. Staff were very friendly, and the shuttle service to the nearest BTS, Phlone Chit, was great. It's close to the BTS, though the walk is a solid 12 to 15 minutes, or about 10 minutes if you're fast. There are pillows with different firmness options. A few drawbacks: although the map makes it look like the hotel is on the main road, there's no access from there. The shuttle Tuk Tuk could also have offered pickups from the BTS and nearby shopping centres. No tea, coffee, or vanity products were provided.
