B2 Bangna Premier Hotel

Getting around for food was a hassle. There's a Thai restaurant in front, but I didn't like the food, and I couldn't find anywhere else nearby to eat. The closest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk. Staff weren't friendly and spoke little English. The reception is on the second floor, and the guard wasn't always at the security post. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or elevator, which felt suffocating. The bed edges can hurt your shins, the bathroom door is oddly designed, and having to log back into the Wi-Fi every 24 hours was inconvenient.

The bed and room were clean, and the air conditioning was okay. The shower was tiny and shared the same space as the toilet. You can't smoke on the balcony, and even if you clean everything afterward, they can fine you up to 5000 baht, so be careful.

The room was large enough, pleasant, and had no smell, but the Wi-Fi didn't work well and there was no disposable toothbrush. I arrived late and tired, and asked the receptionist to send one up because I thought they'd forgotten to leave it. Instead, she told me to Google the name of a store where I could buy one. I also had three pieces of luggage, but no one offered to help get them to the elevator. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

For a budget hotel, this was perfect for my five-day stay. I requested daily cleaning, and the cleaner came every day, changing the towels, sheets, and pillowcases.
