We were a family of six, and a lovely woman from reservations and the front desk welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room on the 11th floor. The three-bedroom apartment was spotless, had a great view, and plenty of living space. They'd left continental breakfast supplies in the room so we could make our own. Restaurants are close by, and shopping centers are about a 10-minute drive away, with a free hotel shuttle available. The driver and security guards were all friendly and helpful too. A big thank you to the management, especially the Thai woman at the front desk who looked after us during our stay. We'd definitely recommend it and return.

Great for a large group in Bangkok. The apartment is spacious, with balconies throughout the place, and the staff are helpful. There are also free shuttles to a few locations.

Restaurants are all around, close enough to walk to. The place was very clean and roomy, and I loved how thoughtful the supplies were: milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, and washing powder were included. Having a washer and dryer there made things so easy. I'd especially recommend it for families with kids.

There was loads of space, including a balcony for everyone. We were six people staying for four days, and the apartment was impressively clean and roomy. A great option for a big group.

Bangkok Shortstay, formerly Royal Apartment, looks quite different on the outside, but inside it's spacious and cozy. A lovely building.
