Bedtime Storeys

The hosts were especially great and did their best to meet our requests. Breakfast usually starts at 8, but they happily arranged it for us at 7 one day. The rooms were neat and spacious, with a big TV and a roomy balcony. It’s family friendly and very close to ICONSIAM. We had a great stay.

We were there with our four kids, and the unit and hosts suited us perfectly. The balcony has the best views over Iconsiam and the city. I’d highly recommend this place for a stay in Bangkok.

The breakfast was nice, and the owner and staff were very helpful. It’s a hotel made from large flats, fully furnished and equipped. A great place.

The host was exceptionally warm and ready to help with any request, which put us at ease. The shared areas are comfortable for families and friends, and the balcony is handy for smoking. ICONSIAM is less than a 10-minute walk away. We weren’t told there was an extra bed in the attic, and we ended up paying for another bed. It would help to make the maximum guest count clearer, and why not put the spare bed in the attic? We didn’t use it during our stay. There were serious drain smells in both fourth-floor rooms. Room 1 was for the elders, but it was small and hard to move around in, and smelled terrible. In Room 2, the bathroom floor dipped a little, but water still leaked into the room. The odor reached from the first-floor entrance all the way to the elevator. The property seems newly opened, so this really needs attention. Room 1’s spotlight kept flickering and needs repair. The fourth-floor rooms also felt uncomfortably dim. The hair dryer didn’t match the quality of the property either, its cord was wrapped in black tape and it often didn’t work properly.
