The location worked really well for us, close to the river and asiatique. We were impressed by our spacious family room, its cleanliness, and the comfortable beds. There’s a thoughtful theme throughout the accommodation, and you can tell the owners put a lot of care and passion into the design. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back soon!

We had a luggage mix-up at checkout, and two staff members stepped in to sort it out. They noticed our booked Grab was too small, helped us arrange a larger car, and stayed to load our bags. The whole team was friendly and proactive, and their care really showed. That kind of help is rare. Great rooms too, and I’d recommend staying here for a relaxed, friendly visit to Bangkok.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the surroundings felt deserted and shady at night, and the daytime noise could be a lot. This is a small hotel with self check-in, around 16 minutes from a metro station and the pier for Asiatique. We chose it after seeing the strong reviews, including a 9.8 on Booking, but I’d give it 7/10. That Booking rating feels misleading.

We stayed three nights and had plenty of space. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There are local restaurants nearby, and the Hainanese chicken next door was a highlight on our last day. A 7-Eleven right across the street was handy, and the mall is about a 15-minute walk away. Good location!

The place feels homey and very clean, and I really like the room concept. It’s comfortable, with lots of local food places open in the morning nearby, right in the middle of Bkk. So far, so good. I’ll definitely stay here next time.
