I left after two nights and booked another hotel because I couldn’t tolerate this place. I’m usually calm and patient, but it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room had dirty furniture and hair in the shower from the previous guest. The WiFi kept cutting out, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the AC blew hot air. Traffic noise from the main road went on 24 hours a day. The staff didn’t speak English at all. They’re missing the basics and shouldn’t be in hospitality. The only upside is that ICONSIAM is within walking distance, but that didn’t help. I’d rather lose 700USD than keep suffering there. I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night.

It’s a nice place, though the mosquitoes were an issue. At checkout, reception asked me to pay 200 bhat because the shower towel was dirty. Towels are bound to get dirty when people use them to shower, and the hotel has to wash and bleach them anyway.

The room was spacious and the pool was okay, with a reasonable price and a location near iconsiam. The wireless connection wasn’t very good, and there was no locker, so make sure your belongings can be locked in your luggage.

The staff were very friendly, as they often are in Thailand, but the WiFi either didn’t work or was extremely patchy. Street noise came into the room, and the beds were so light they moved around easily when I shifted in my sleep. The terrace deckchairs need renovating too.
