Good value for the price. We had one room with AC and another without. The non-AC room didn’t come with soap, which was a bit rubbish.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were basic but okay. My experience with the woman at reception was the problem. When I asked for information about the area, she gave short, flat replies like “no” or “I don’t know.” As I was leaving, I told her I’d left the key in the room on the fourth floor. She told me to go back up and get it, but my taxi was waiting outside and I needed to walk to it. I said she could get the key from the room. She got angry and shouted at me, insisting I should retrieve it myself. I found her very rude and unfriendly. She works with tourists and should at least be kind. I can understand if she’s tired of tourists, but then she should change jobs. Her energy was very negative and sad. I won’t go back.

Clean, fresh, and easygoing, with really sweet, laid-back staff. The location is amazing for the budget price, and you get what you pay for. Nothing to complain about. Thanks, we’ll come back! :)

We had booked three nights, but the welcome put us off straight away. When I asked whether there was an elevator, two women rudely said that if we wanted a lift, we should stay at a luxury hotel instead. Later, when I asked for help with my luggage, they said it would cost 100 baht. As a US citizen visiting as a tourist, I didn’t expect such poor service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this awful hotel. Thanks.
