Getting into the building was difficult because the key card didn’t work properly. Once I finally made it to the room, it was very dirty, smelled strongly unpleasant, and didn’t even have a TV remote. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned well and wasn’t fit to use. I felt unsafe there, too. When I tried to bring up the problems, the response was rude and unhelpful. This was an unacceptable, very unprofessional stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

At check-in, the staff asked for a deposit and I agreed to pay it. But when I checked out, they took money from it with excuses that didn’t make sense to me. It felt dishonest and unprofessional, as if they cared more about getting extra money than treating guests respectfully. I had a very disappointing stay. Please be careful, check your bills closely, and consider somewhere else if you value transparency and trust. I’m asking everyone not to go here 🙏🏻. I’m sharing a video too.

I stayed here a while ago and am only getting around to writing this now, but I still remember how lovely it was. The staff were so friendly and sweet, always ready to help with anything. My room was clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay near Don Mueang Airport. There’s no elevator, but everything else made up for that. I’d definitely come back if I need somewhere near the airport again. Better late than never to say thank you, right?

The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was nice. The room looked a little older than the photos suggested, but it was still clean and pleasant.

The Agoda listing doesn’t give a check-in time, only saying check-in is until 23:00. I arrived at 12:30 p.m. and found the property closed. I called to ask why, and the person at reception shouted “2pm” over the phone. They should clearly say check-in starts at 2 p.m. and that early check-in isn’t allowed. Reception couldn’t speak English, so why take international travellers? I’d seen the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance and make this my base. They NEVER learn. Will update soon.
