The studio was spacious, had a washing machine, and came with good quality linen and towels. Breakfast stayed enjoyable during our five-day stay, and the food was good, though a wider tea selection would be welcome. There’s a guest lounge on the 15th floor, open daily from 9am to 1000 pm, with finger food, tea, and coffee. The apartment is on a quiet street just off the main shopping and tourist area, with food and shops a short walk away. The building is old but generally well kept, and service was very good, especially at the front desk and concierge. We could clearly hear people walking and talking outside our room, and the bathroom sink was much too low. Still, we had a good stay, and the complimentary teddy bear was a nice touch.

The manager was good and efficient, and the location is great, but there were some serious problems. The room smelled awful, even with the air conditioning on, and without it I could hardly breathe. The old electricity system felt unsafe, and the water supply was terrible. There was very little hot water, especially a problem if you have long hair to wash. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety either. The elevator was extremely slow and, like the rooms, needs renovation.

I enjoyed the pool, spa, and gym on the top floor, along with the guest lounge where you can relax. Breakfast was included and nice, and the restaurant served Thai and Italian food at reasonable prices. The suites have a small kitchen and room to spread out. Service was good, with no complaints.

We visited in Dec2025. The hotel is a comfortable mid-sized place with an Executive Floor, gym, and children’s playroom. The pool may feel small to some. Our room was fairly spacious and good value, and breakfast had a nice range for a hotel this size. Staff were good, though it helps to speak clearly in English at reception to be understood. It’s within walking distance of Chit Lom BTS station and nearby malls. The sign at the road entrance is easy to miss from a taxi.
