Capitel Rama 4

The owner was incredibly friendly and always available to help. I got quick replies and help with everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the price was great for what you get. Such a beautiful place to stay. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The rooftop is a lovely spot, with a pool, a bartender who plays great music, and a shared guest kitchen right beside the pool. There are washing machines for guests too. Just next door, there’s a beautifully designed café with excellent food and really delicious coffee. I stayed at Capitel Rama 4 for the first time and loved it so much that I came back for a full week at the end of my trip before going home. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff are warm, kind and always happy to help, especially the wonderful Chalee. It’s about a 16-minute walk to Ekkamai BTS Station on Sukhumvit, but I thought the stay was worth it. Until next time 🙏 Celine

Book a deluxe room if you can. The small extra cost is worth it. We had a great experience, with fantastic customer service throughout. The common areas and downstairs cafe are good places to socialize and meet other travelers. For value, I don’t think there’s a better hotel in Bangkok. We’ll definitely be back.

I couldn’t sleep well because noise carried so easily through the hotel. I heard doors slamming, loud conversations from nearby rooms and locks being used throughout the night. It felt a lot like a dorm. The room itself was spacious, but the decor seemed dated. There’s a very nice kitchen guests can use for cooking, and the location is fairly convenient. The tennis courts nearby can get noisy at times too.
