Casa 17 Hotel Bangkok

This was a last-minute booking, and the hotel made me feel at home again. I haven’t been back to Thailand in over 12 years, since I was a kid studying overseas, so this first trip back as a couple with my partner is extra special. From the first day, everyone was lovely and welcoming, from security to the front desk and bar staff. They were amazing. I’ll definitely come back. The hotel made the trip feel like home 🩷🩷

It’s a newer hotel in a good area, though it’s some distance from central Bangkok and the airports. The rooms are well set up with comfortable beds and good blackout curtains, and the cleaners do a very good job. At night it’s quiet, with very little noise from adjoining rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and bar teams were fantastic, always smiling and ready to help. The hot water and water pressure were great. The pool is a relaxing place, with towels provided, and there’s a laundry area for doing your own washing. A great hotel to stay at.

We’d go back. The room was huge, pretty and clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The bathroom floor stayed drenched after showers even though we tried to stop it, and I don’t know how that happened. The hotel is a little far from the center, but we got everywhere by motorbike or Grab, so it worked fine for us.

We loved the rooftop at night, especially the tiny desk concert projections while we had a few cocktails. The facilities were incredible, and it was a relaxing place to return to after the city’s hustle and bustle. The staff kindly let us check out later at no extra cost, and the value for money was insane. From arrival to departure, everyone was caring and attentive. We got there very early on the first day and were able to leave our bags with the staff. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we booked another night before our flight home from Bangkok. We know we’ll have a great time, and we’ll recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok.
