Casa Nithra Bangkok

The suite bathroom was a really nice surprise, and the whole hotel was clean and so well kept. We were here because of Boonsiri, which was under a 10-minute walk away. The staff were lovely and helpful, both at the front and behind the scenes. We didn’t try the facilities beyond our room, but would like to next time. It was a great find near all the bustle, just a few streets from Kao San Road. Nothing to complain about, it did exactly what we needed.

The room itself was comfortable and reasonably clean, but I had a problem with the follow-through. I was away for a couple of nights while still paying for the room, and the AC was switched off in the Bangkok heat even though the key card was left in place. My speciality chocolates were damaged as a result. The hotel acknowledged the mistake in writing, but it was never resolved and I received no reimbursement. If reliability and accountability matter during your stay, keep this in mind.

I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed to relax. It’s also well placed for getting to nearby attractions. The staff made a great impression from the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend the hotel for its comfort, quality, and service.

Breakfast was fabulous, and the rooms were great. The pool was clean and fantastic, and they offered free fruit and cold water when we came and went. The staff were really kind too. The area around the hotel has a lot of construction on a very busy road, which made walking there with my kid and her stroller a bit difficult. Still, it’s a good neighborhood, with the backpacker district nearby.
