They rent only to Arabs. People of other nationalities and Thais aren’t welcome. Only Arabians can stay; others aren’t allowed.

We paid 60,000 baht instead of the listed 69,000 for a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and two bathrooms. Each room had a double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, and desk, and there was also a separate bedroom with its own bathroom. The bathrooms were decent. The kitchen setup was the main drawback: it opened straight into the living room with no partition, and had only a microwave and double stove, with no washing machine, fryer, or other appliances. There’s a large grocery store downstairs with lots of products, including things like Carnation and Kraft that are common among Kuwaitis. A restaurant is downstairs too. The food was good, with Gulf and Yemeni dishes, and they deliver to the rooms, but it was just okay overall and very expensive, even compared with upscale restaurants. The place itself was good, better than others.
