The location caused a lot of hassle. The metro train is 2.1 km away, so I had to take a cab each time I wanted to go into the city. The room itself was awful, tiny, and really dirty. There were no windows, the toilet seat had mold, the faucets weren't maintained, and the washroom was just partitioned off inside the room. Despite asking several times, I wasn't given bathing soap. Restaurant food was very bad, and it only opened in the evening. I paid in advance with no refund, and this hotel ruined my whole trip.

The riverside view was gorgeous, especially at night, and the rooms felt warm and cozy. There was even a billiards table in the lobby. A great stay, with sweet staff. If you're looking for great quality in bangkok at a cheap price, you definitely have to stay here. The best 👌👌👌

The staff were amazing, but I didn't feel safe here, even with my husband and friends. A woman traveling alone should NOT stay here. The hotel sits down a dark alley off the main street, and access to the main roads needs to be better. Outside, the building was dilapidated and cats were everywhere. No one was there when we arrived, and although we'd called and had a room agreed, we couldn't get one. After traveling from Germany, tired and hungry, I was almost thankful, since everything was a 45+ minute walk away. The place also wasn't advertised accurately. The facility itself needs to be redone.

I booked a 'Grand deluxe River view king room', but what I got was super different from the room shown in the app. Really disappointed with the room I booked.

The place was really dirty, and the room had no windows. They take orders using fake photos. At reception, the blonde-haired older woman was really rude. She works in a tourist place, but had no manners or standards.
