Everything about this place is bad.

The air conditioner doesn't work, and there's no refrigerator. The quality is as bad as the price is high. You won't know until you've tried it. Room C.

Getting in touch with the owner is frustrating. They're never around to look after the place, and getting water or opening a room feels like a gamble because you don't know if anyone will be home. What's the point of leaving a phone number if nobody answers? Are they busy, or just not there? I'd like them to improve how people contact them.
