The room had a comfortable bed and a modern feel, and the bathroom was useful with separate doors for the shower and toilet. Staff were friendly too. It's close to Terminal 21, with its best cheap food court in Bangkok, and Soi Cowboy party alley way, which looked crowded and loud. The shower pressure was very low, making a quick shower difficult. The hotel is down a small alley, facing a loud street, and I could hear noise from the hallway, outside, Tut Tut drivers, and motorbikes. There are two adult xxx massage places across from the hotel in the alley. No 7/11 nearby. The view from the window wasn't good, just massage ladies and people smoking on rooftops of other buildings.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I had no problems. The room faced the front of the hotel and was okay. I'm a deep sleeper, so street and party sounds at night didn't bother me, though lighter sleepers might notice them. The toilet had a slight smell at night, possibly from sewage issues, but otherwise things were satisfactory. Asok BTS is just a 3-5 minute walk away. A ride from Don Meung Airport to the hotel costs roughly 280-380 baths, or you can take the BTS for about 100 baths.

The air conditioner was noisy enough that I had to switch it off to sleep. They should invest in better units, since TCL has many better aircons. Doves were cooing too, so I didn't get a good night's rest. I wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers.

It was quiet, clean, and peaceful, with friendly staff who were helpful and gave very good service. A comfortable place to stay, highly recommended.

The place is right in the middle of Bkk but still peaceful. It's a nice spot for a morning walk to benchatti park, with Asok BTS just 2 minutes away, MRT 3 minutes, and Terminal 21 2 minutes. Staff are nice, and the rooms are non-smoking.
