The place is quiet and clean, with new interiors and nice decor. But there are almost no room amenities, just two towels and a very cheap blanket, so remember to buy whatever you’ll need. The bathroom window is always left open, and I don’t know why. If it stays open too long, geckos and mosquitoes might get into the room. In the end, it’s decent for such a cheap price.

The main downside was the noise from the garage and hallway, probably because of the building’s odd design or cheap construction. Still, I’d stay again. The price is good, and the area has plenty of good food around Eastville Mall and the side streets. It’s also tucked away from traffic.

There’s a great restaurant next door, with made-to-order meals at a reasonable 50-75 Baht per person for three dishes. Street vendors are also within walking distance, as are three supermarkets, a shopping center, and 7-11. For a six-month rental, the place works well, but linen, room cleaning, WiFi, utilities, and other things are charged separately. THIS IS NOT FARANG TERRITORY! Mostly Burmese people live in the area. They’re kind and helpful, though English may not be the best way to communicate.

The room is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the parking is excellent. It’s a bit far from the center, though, so I’d recommend renting a self-drive car.
