Breakfast had a lot to choose from, including tasty Thai food and vegan options, and the staff were so enthusiastic. The hotel is near the tourist area, but it still feels peaceful. Rooms have different decor. A few don't have an outside-facing window, though they do have a window onto the hallway; that was fine for me. The staff explained that legal restrictions prevent windows looking onto neighboring houses. The rooms that do have windows are very beautiful. I'd happily come back to Bangkok and stay here again.

Our luggage never made it, and the staff went far beyond what I expected: they bought us fresh clothes and spent over an hour calling the airport to try to track our bags down. I’ve never had a hotel experience like that. The rooms were comfortable and lovely, and both the location and breakfast were great. The staff made the stay special, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much.

The room was on the small side, so our luggage made the space feel a bit cramped. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, though, and that kept it from spoiling the stay. We loved the hotel's quirky vintage decor and the big range at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, with someone available around the clock. Rate DE Phanakron Boutique Hotel is right among the restaurants and nightlife, so the location is hard to beat.

A distinctive place to stay, and the staff were warm and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and warm water, and everything was very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast was generous enough to keep me full all day.
