Diamond Sukhumvit by FIB

I’m from Australia and currently renting a room in this condo. I’m enjoying my stay, and it seems like a good place to live or buy as an investment. The rooms are a decent size and have stunning views. Residents can also gather in the lovely garden and enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and each other’s company. There’s a nice pool, exercise room, free internet in the lobby and good shops on the ground floor. Public transport, including buses and the BTS, is only a minute or two away on foot. Supermarkets, clinics, chemists, schools, restaurants and markets are all close by.

Staff are nice and there are no major problems. It’s otherwise a well-run place, which makes the gym situation a shame. It’s small, and during the day there’s no air con, just big open windows letting in the pollution. The sauna is there, but the hours you can use it are very restricted.

The pool is big enough for swimming, and there’s also a basic gym and sauna. It’s opposite a police station, so it feels safe, and the BTS is a short walk away. Great condo with good facilities.

I’d definitely call this place home. There’s a pool, gym, sauna and library, plus a 24/7 convenience store nearby. Tesco Lotus is under a 10-minute walk away, and On Nut BTS is close. The view over Sukhumvit area is great too.
