The room was really uncomfortable: no window, a very hard bed, and an air conditioner that felt hot. The bathroom is shared, not private, and guests have to climb the stairs to the fourth floor because there’s no elevator. I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother, and the stairs were very difficult for her. This isn’t suitable for people with disabilities or elderly guests. They also ask for a 200 baht key deposit, which wasn’t clearly disclosed on the website before booking. The Google Maps listing calls this a hotel, but it’s actually a hostel, and that description is misleading. With shared bathrooms, no elevator, and a budget dorm style, it should be listed as a hostel. I don’t recommend staying here.

The room had insects, no windows despite being advertised as street view, and the shower room had almost no water pressure. The budget room also has a shared bathroom, which the adverts don’t make clear, and they require a 200 baht deposit at check-in. Complaints were ignored or brushed off. Reception was rude both at check-in and checkout. On checkout, the young man at reception was more interested in loudly watching manga on his phone.

We couldn’t get any rest because the bed was hard as a rock. We arrived early, and even though we were willing to pay extra for early check-in, the staff didn’t try to help and seemed not to care. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, and this was the worst experience of our whole Thailand trip.

Rooms start at 750 THB, so it’s a very affordable option. The single room is tiny, but you’re close to Don Muang train station and the Red line subway, as well as DMK airport. Restaurants, shops, and 7/11s are nearby too.
